I’m not kidding, it really is. Byron Hamgurger, situated on London’s Wardour Street is one of my favourite places in town.

You couldn’t possibly eat there every day and I think you might even struggle with once a week. But, when you get that burger feeling, there really is no substitute.

The meat? Gorgeous. The milkshakes? Glorious.
And the onion rings? To. Die. For.

I must take a photo like this almost every time I visit and yet this one, snapped back in February of this year, is by far and away the best; the colour, the composition, the slightly blurry side dish in the background…

It makes me hungry just looking at it.
